Why these fourteen

Built from the Commission's guidance and the Regulation's operative articles.

The Commission's "data points by category" guidance of 15 August 2026 lists 71 data points for EV, LMT and industrial batteries above 2 kWh, each marked mandatory, optional, conditional or not required at February 2027. The questions group those categories, then add the four duties the guidance does not cover because they are not data: the identifier, the QR code, the registry entry and hosting.
