Who operates this site, and what it is not.

Operator

cellhash.io is operated by CellHash. The company name, registered address, registration number, VAT number and the person responsible for content will be published here when the EU entity is formed, before launch.

Contact: hello@cellhash.io.

Pre-launch

CellHash is pre-launch. The product described on this site is what is being built for 18 February 2027. Features, plans and prices are stated as planned and will be confirmed in the order form and terms of service when the product launches. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.

Not legal advice

This site describes Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 and related acts as we understand them, with dates and sources given. It is not legal advice and does not create an adviser relationship. The text of the Regulation on EUR-Lex, the delegated and implementing acts, and the guidance of the European Commission and the competent national authorities are the authority. Several acts that determine what a passport must contain were still pending when this site was written; check the current position before relying on any statement here.

Figures and sources

Market and readiness figures are reproduced from the named sources with their dates. They are the sources' figures, not ours, and may have been revised since. Figures we derive from a source are labelled as derived.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on its contents to the extent the law allows. External links lead to sites we do not control and whose content we are not responsible for.

Trademarks

CellHash is a trade name of the operator. Other names on this site, including Catena-X, GS1, T-Systems, Minespider and Narravero, are the marks of their owners and are used only to identify them.

Copyright

The text, design and code of this site are © 2026 the operator. Quoting with attribution is welcome; copying the site is not.

Dispute resolution

Governing law and jurisdiction will be stated once the EU entity is formed. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
